How It Works

1. List Your Cards: Create a seller submission with your card details. You can list as many cards as you want - from single cards to entire collections.
2. Ship to Us: We provide a prepaid shipping label. Pack your cards securely and send them to our facility in Moncton, NB.
3. We Handle the Rest: Our team photographs, lists, and markets your cards to Canadian collectors. We handle all buyer inquiries and shipping.
4. Cards Sell: When your cards sell, we process payment and ship to the buyer. You get paid weekly via Interac e-Transfer.

Transparent Fees

We believe in clear, upfront pricing:

• Processing Fee: Based on service tier (see above)
• Transaction Fee: 5% of final sale price (minimum $0.50)
• Graded Card Surcharge: $0.50 per graded card
• Oversized Card Surcharge: $3.00 for oversized cards
• Holder Removal: $0.50 per card (if needed)
• Sticker Removal: $3.00 per card (if needed)

Fast Payouts

Once your card sells, you'll receive:

• Sale price minus 5% transaction fee
• Payouts processed weekly
• Minimum payout threshold: $25.00
• Payment via Interac e-Transfer (instant, no fees)

Shipping Your Cards

When you're ready to send your cards:

• Pack cards securely in card savers or top loaders
• Use bubble mailers or boxes for shipping
• Include your submission number on the package
• We'll provide a prepaid Canada Post label for standard submissions
• For high-value submissions, we recommend insured shipping

What About Unsold Cards?

If your cards don't sell within 90 days:

• We'll contact you to discuss pricing adjustments
• You can request to have cards returned (shipping fee applies)
• Storage fees of $0.10/card/month apply after 90 days
• Storage fees increase to $0.15/card/month after 180 days
• Storage fees increase to $0.25/card/month after 365 days
• Maximum storage period is 2 years - cards must be returned or donated after this
• Storage fees are automatically deducted from your payouts
• You can donate unsold cards to our charity program

Storage Fee Policy

To keep our warehouse efficient and ensure realistic pricing, we charge storage fees for unsold cards:

• Days 1-90: Free storage
• Days 91-180: $0.10 per card per month
• Days 181-365: $0.15 per card per month
• Days 366-730: $0.25 per card per month
• After 730 days (2 years): Cards must be returned or donated

Storage fees are calculated monthly and deducted from your payouts before payment. You can view your storage fees in your Seller Analytics dashboard.
