Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if a card significantly differs from the listing photos or description.
Since we always use real photos of the actual card, please review all photos carefully before purchasing. Photos always trump the title or description.
If you're unsure about a card's condition before buying, message us and we'll provide additional photos or details.
Eligible for Return
- Card significantly differs from listing photos
- Wrong card received
- Card damaged in shipping (see below)
- Authenticity concern (extremely rare — all our cards are genuine)
Not Eligible for Return
- Buyer's remorse (you changed your mind)
- Condition differences clearly shown in listing photos
- Cards returned without prior communication
- Cards returned after 14 days without prior arrangement
Damaged in Shipping
If your card arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll work with you on a resolution — replacement, refund, or credit. Return shipping is covered by us in these cases.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@cardsource.ca within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the card back in its original packaging
- Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
