How long does shipping take? +
Within Canada: 2–8 business days depending on your province. USA: 7–14 business days. We ship from Moncton, NB via Canada Post.
Do orders come with tracking? +
Orders over $20 include Canada Post tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email when your order ships.
Cards
Are the photos of the actual card I'll receive? +
Yes, always. Every listing shows real scans of the exact card you'll receive. We never use stock photos. Photos always trump the title or description.
Are all your cards authentic? +
Absolutely. Every card we sell is genuine. We stand behind every listing 100%.
What condition are your cards in? +
Cards are described in the listing. Raw cards are graded by our standard: Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, etc. Graded cards are in the grade shown on the holder.
Do you sell graded cards? +
Yes. We carry a selection of PSA, BGS, and SGC graded cards. Look for the "Graded" badge in our shop.
Ordering
Can I buy multiple cards in one order? +
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Up to 5 cards ship for the same base rate. Buying more cards together saves you money per card on shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel. Once shipped, we can't cancel. Email us at info@cardsource.ca as soon as possible.
Do you accept best offers? +
Some listings have Best Offer enabled. If you want to make an offer on any card, send us a message and we'll respond promptly.
Returns
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 14 days if a card significantly differs from the listing photos. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the error is on our end. See our full returns policy.

Do I need an account to buy? +
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save a wishlist, and speeds up future checkouts.
