By using cardsource.ca and placing orders, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

All items are sold as described and photographed. Photos always take precedence over title or description. We make every effort to accurately represent condition, but minor variations are possible.

Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or inventory issues, with full refund provided.

Payment is required at time of order. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

We ship via Canada Post. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

All site content, images, and text are the property of Card Source Canada. Card images are used for the purpose of selling the depicted cards.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in New Brunswick courts.
